All generated media should be treated as AI-generated synthetic content, not as documentary evidence, real events, or real-person imagery.

Age And Access Controls

• Users must be 18+ and legally allowed to access adult content where they live.
• The site uses an adult age gate for all users.
• Where stronger age verification is required, the site can require Go.cam verification before access.
• xnudes does not receive or store Go.cam ID documents, selfies, card verification details, or verification documents. We only remember that a device passed age verification.

Content Risk Controls

• Prompts and user messages are checked server-side for prohibited minors, real-person/deepfake, non-consensual, violent, incest, bestiality, and filter-bypass requests.
• Users must confirm the generation rules before generating content.
• Rate limits and queue limits reduce abuse, scripted generation, and suspicious high-volume behavior.
• Reports involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, real-person likenesses, fraud, or illegal content are prioritized for urgent review.

Moderation And Enforcement

• We may block prompts, refuse generations, remove content, suspend accounts, revoke access, cancel orders, preserve evidence, or report suspected illegal content to authorities where appropriate.
• Manual review may be used for abuse reports, payment disputes, fraud signals, support requests, or legal requests.
• Users can report abuse, rights concerns, impersonation, illegal content, or payment misuse through the Report Abuse page or by email.

Privacy And GDPR Approach

• We collect account, billing, technical, generation metadata, support, and anti-abuse information needed to operate and secure the service.
• Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable by law.
