  • Deletion: request deletion of your account and eligible personal data.

How To Submit

Email support@xnudes.ai with the subject line "Privacy Request". Include the account email, the request type, the country or region you are in, and enough detail for us to identify the relevant account or transaction.

Identity Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account or are authorized to make the request. We do not ask users to send unnecessary identity documents for routine privacy requests.

Age Verification Data

xnudes.ai does not receive or store Go.cam ID documents, selfies, card verification details, or verification documents. Age verification evidence is handled by the verification provider. We only store a local device flag showing that verification succeeded, and provider/configuration metadata needed to operate the gate.

Response Timing

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days where applicable law requires that timeframe. Some requests may take longer if they are complex, legally restricted, tied to fraud/payment disputes, or require additional verification.

Retention Limits

Deletion does not always remove data immediately where retention is required for payment records, fraud prevention, chargebacks, security logs, legal compliance, tax/accounting records, or unresolved disputes.

Processors

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, email, storage, payment processing, age verification, generation infrastructure, and anti-abuse operations. Requests involving processor-held data may require coordination with those providers.
