Tokens, Plans, And Billing

• Paid features, token bundles, and unlimited plans are licensed access rights, not transferable property.
• Prices, bundle contents, and feature availability may change at any time.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge the selected amount for your order.
• Except where required by law or stated in our refund policy, purchases are final.
• Orders, payment activity, affiliates, refunds, and chargebacks may be reviewed for fraud, abuse, prohibited content, and policy violations.

Age Verification And Privacy

You retain rights you legally hold in your prompts and lawful outputs, subject to these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use are lawful. We retain all rights in the service, brand, software, models, interfaces, and protected output markers such as watermarks.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, revoke tokens, cancel orders, or block payment methods if we believe you violated these terms, abused the service, created risk, or exposed us or users to harm.

Reports And Privacy Requests

Report abuse, rights concerns, suspected illegal content, payment abuse, or privacy requests to support@xnudes.ai. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership, investigate the issue, or comply with legal obligations.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, perfect output quality, or fitness for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, xnudes.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
